Math Teacher turned DJ & Music Producer Jai Singh Ranawat aka BODMAS is one of the most exciting characters who is known for blending Rajasthani Indian street folk and electronic music to create a new genre of his own. His hit track ‘Camel Culture’ is what put him on the global music scene with EDM giants like Afrojack, Krewella, Yellow Claw, Wuki, Nucleya and JOYRYDE taking notice of him. A unique blend of Rajasthani folk and electronic music which got exclusively premiered on Rolling Stone India, the single reached over 100,000 listeners and was also featured at the London Indian Film Festival 2022 as the soundtrack for the festival’s trailer. It was also shared by acclaimed film director Anurag Kashyap.

Since his first single, his musical talent has been noticed globally. In a first, BODMAS released an official remix for Dutch Superstar DJ’s Yellow Claw, for their single ‘BASSGOD’ that was released on their official YouTube channel with over 2 million subscribers under the ‘1 Song 24 Drops’ project making him the very first Indian act to work with Yellow Claw. He has also produced over 30+ tracks for various artists around the globe. One of them – ‘Kirik Freestyle’ with BigPanda was featured on BBC Radio UK as the ‘Track of the Week’.

With many years of DJ experience under his belt, he has played some of the biggest stages in collaboration with VH1, Enchanted valley carnival and performed energetic sets on various cult fests organized by 30+ College Campuses in India. Following many years of different experiments in electronic music, the producer has created a new genre blend of folk and electronic, expect huge things from this producer.
