The growing volumes of patient records in healthcare contain large amounts of unstructured and non-standard data. Unstructured data contains deeper, more complex information and includes free text clinical information, physician order, nursing, and dictation notes. How do we unlock the potential of these clinical stories and improve health outcomes? CareIndexing is a solution for extracting and transforming the unstructured clinical texts into a valuable and structured format using NLP (Natural language processing) and SNOMED CT.
