Clamp the Material
Please use several pieces of fixtures to fix the wood sheet on the table like this.

Cutter Installation
First, insert the cutter into the collet, then clamp the collet into the spindle nut, and finally tighten it with two wrenches.

Insert the USB Drive
We need to save the tool path file in the U disk beforehand, and then insert it in the handheld controller.

Electricity Connection
It runs off 220 volts / single-phase AC power.

Switch on 6090 CNC Router
Press the on/off button.

Home Operation
When the message Go Home? Appears on the controller, press the OK button, and then take the option of All axis home, X/Y/Z axes will go home automatically. Once the router head stops, you will see the coordinates of X/Y/Z would be 0.0000.

Origin Setup for the Job
Move the head to a proper position where you want to start processing; we can use keys X+/X-, Y+/Y-, Z+/Z-. The bit of the cutter should just contact the wood sheet surface. Then press XY-0, and Z-0. Origin setup complete. Again, we can see X/YZ coordinates change to 0.0000 all.

Select the File
Press the key RUN/PAUSE, and take the option – U Disk File, then move the cursor to the right items, press OK.

Speed Rate Setup for Hobby 6090 CNC Router
Please check if the speed here is proper for the job. The suggested value for this machine: WorkSpd – 3000.00, FastSpd – 3000.00. To change the speed, move the cursor to the item, press DELETE to clear the old value, then input the new value, and press OK. Press OK once more.

Code Self-checking
The controller checks the file codes automatically, once complete, the router will start to work.
