A brief video of World famous Balijatra of Cuttack, Odisha. The Biggest open air trade fair of Asia.

After a long wait of 2 years of covid-19 restrictions Asia's largest open air trade fair, historic Bali Jatra is organised with a bang.

Special attraction was a beautiful sand art by India's acclaimed sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik. For the first time, a special laser light show is being held during the 9-day long extravaganza. The laser light will display videos on the rich history of Cuttack, five visits of Mahatma Gandhi to the city and 'Bara Putras' of Odisha.

Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and the district administration are leaving no stone unturned to organise the event. They have extended the area to 100 acre. An area of around 40 acre was reserved exclusively for parking.
