Mayavathy gets furious on Varsha for ill treating Amrutha. Varsha asks Mayavathy to leave the Desai House. Varsha does all the household chores and feels depressed. She recalls about Mayavathy's words of advise.

The story walks through the happenings in Desai family. It is a traditional business family, headed by strict and stubborn Urmila Devi. Varsha and Amrutha, the two daughter in laws of Desai family, differs in personality. Amrutha is a lovable, innocent girl, who is the favorite daughter in law of Urmila, while Varsha is very selfish and rude. Arjun, Amrutha’s husband behaves like he has no love towards her. However, there is love and care inside the heart of Arjun, which is yet to come out in the open.
