Here’s a delightful addition to your Brunch Table or for an Afternoon Tea. They’re perfect with a bowl of Soup for a light lunch or with Scrambled Eggs for a Kat morning Breakfast. Please remember to fold your dry ingredients into the wet very gently so you end up with a light texture. You don’t want to overwork the gluten in the flour. Also, use the spoon in and sweep off method when measuring your flour. Enjoy!!

1 small apple, peeled and grated
2 1/4 oz. Grated cheese - cheddar, Parmesan or pecorino
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
