Chop ingredients at the touch of a button with Thermomix ®.
The Thermomix ® chopping function slices through your ingredients in just a few seconds.
Thermomix ® can be used to chop onions, nuts, herbs, meat, carrots, potatoes and much, much more. The powerful motor and strong blade enable the Thermomix ® to cut through even the toughest ingredients.
You can also use the Thermomix ® to chop relatively small amounts of food in a flash. For example, an onion can be chopped in just three seconds.
How to use the Thermomix ® chopping function
The Thermomix ® chopping function is very easy to activate. The Thermomix ® has an intuitive touchscreen that gives you precise control over the speed of the blades and the length of chopping time.
Simply choose the amount of time you want, select the speed of the blades, and your Thermomix ® will do the rest for you! You can adjust the speed and time settings according to how coarsely or finely you would you like your ingredients chopped.
The clever design of the Thermomix ® blade allows it to cut a wide range of ingredients, including fruit, vegetables, meat and nuts. The blade features four different knives, which are set at different heights and angles for the ultimate strength and chopping power.
Use the same bowl to chop AND cook
One of the benefits of using the Thermomix ® is that after you have used the chopping function to cut up your ingredients, you can use the same bowl and blade to weigh, sauté, cook and even stir the food you have just chopped.
This is because the Thermomix ® combines twenty functions in one appliance. In addition to chopping, the Thermomix ® can be used to whip, mix, weigh, emulsify, sous-vide, slow cook, mill, knead, blend, steam, precisely heat, stir and cook. Now that’s versatile!
