Libya is currently struggling to accommodate the massive influx of African migrants being brought back to Tripoli, after being rescued in the Mediterranean Sea. The migrants are currently being detained by authorities in Tripoli but are being held in squalid conditions. The government has appealed to the international community for assistance.
