I touch on a technique I've used for filling seams and building up depressions on some of my plastic models. It's a little messy, but doesn't have shrinkage issues like I've found with putties and is easier to work than dried CA (Cyanoacrylate - AKA Super glue). I also don't have issues with it in small seams like with some of the epoxy putties.
