I use a mod called rampage trainer to set the in-game weapon accuracy to 100% as in no bloom.

"How do I select weapons without opening the weapon wheel? Is it a mod?" No, it's not a mod, but I believe it may be PC only. they're bound to number keys 1 through 8 by default.
