Ingredients,
2 Chicken Breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 package of extra crispy shake-bake seasoned coating mix
Oil spray
Instructions,
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
Add 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise and mix well
add the shake-n-bake mix to a large ziplock bag, add chicken pieces and shake/mix well to coat.
oil spray the Air Fry basket and arrange the coated chicken pieces in it in a single layer.
lightly oil spray on top.
Air Fry at 400-degree Air fryer for 8-10 minutes.
halfway through give the basket a gentle shake
Air Fry until nicely golden and crispy.
