Making Banh Mi from Scratch! This is my take on Banh Mi Sandwich, made with duck!
I made a quick chimichurri with cilantro and basil instead of putting in fresh cilantro, to give it another layer of flavor.
I wanted to use both duck breast and duck leg. I made the duck leg similar to pulled pork that is common in sandwiches but focusing on a different flavor profile. The breast was dried for one day to make the skin crispy. It could have used more days to dry, but I am generally happy with how it turned out.
I can say this was the best sandwich I have ever made for sure :)
