Massive difference in performance compared to the BR 200. Great tiny blower, but it is already getting hot, and I gotta get this done.
The BR 430 is the commercial blower of choice for me. Never went for the BR 450. I like a narrow, tight "beam" of wind with a responsive throttle. I can flick a fly off an ear with this thing.
I don't do heavy leaf clean up anymore. That is a much different game from a much colder place. In that game, the backpack gets the leaves in front of whatever big blower Bertha you have, and Bertha does all the heavy moving. The backpacks work the flanks. No way I would take a 430 into that game. I miss that game the most. I once battled the "Mother Load" in Spring Lake NJ. Darn canopy held firm, until the week it all let go at once, seemingly throughout the town. I think the Mets won that year.
