A quick and easy dip recipe!
RECIPE
1 (15.5 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
To a blender or food processor, add beans, garlic, lemon juice, water, dried oregano, dried marjoram, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, and serve with chips, vegetables, crackers, or anything else you like to dip. This is also good spread on bread or sandwiches. Store the dip in the fridge, in an air-tight container.
