Currently we are still using those techniques and inspiration from other countries, but making Brazilian drinks with Brazilian ingredients and Brazilian techniques. Brazilian drinks such as Cachaca and we have local fruit, we have incredible fruit, we may be one of the richest countries in the world."

Rio de Janeiro is a city renowned for its social scene.
And what better way to kick off a night out than with a tipple or two.
The Meza Bar is one of a number of bustling bars in the city - offering all sorts of drinks.
Here, they're big on cocktails.
One of the more unusual ones is the "Asia Soda Pop" - which is served in a glass container with a lid.
When it comes to satisfying your stomach, there's also lots on the menu.
