The Royal Australian Mint has issued the 2017 Lest We Forget circulating commemorative $2 coin in remembrance of Anzac Day.
Every year Australia and New Zealand commemorates Anzac Day, held on the 25th of April each year. The day is marked as a day of remembrance for all those who “who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations" and "the contribution and suffering of all those who have served".
