This video is a behind the scenes look at how Classic Tractor Magazine did a V8 special feature at Rob & Ed Rookes farm in Yorkshire and is a must for any Massey Ferguson fan or anyone who just enjoys seeing classic tractors working.
One tractor is a MF 1150 "All Duelled Up "working in a stubble field on Rob and Ed Rookes farm at Heslington near York in England.
Another is the MF 4840 which is a bit of a favourite of mine now after editing all the raw footage.
Another is the MF 2805 which looks really good with it's bright paint work and the 1155 with a more "lived in" look about it.
You will see the tractor importer Richard Keel driving the 1150 pulling a MF 30 corn drill and then driver change sees Ed Rooke driving it and pulling the Great Plains cultivator.
The two brothers love their Massey Fergies both new and old and they are a credit to them.
If you look closely you will see several vintage machines in the field and a man with a camera taking shots of them.
Rob & Ed don't usually have a cameraman following them around but on this particular day it was part of a photo shoot for Classic Tractor magazine and a feature covering 4 different V8 engined tractors which I filmed and will be dropping onto my channel later on.
If you watch closely you will catch a quick view of other Massey Fergys attached to different cultivators which again will be the main subject of a future video.
