검찰, 박 前대통령 본격수사 착수…소환조사 일정 오늘 발표

The second round of the state prosecution's probe into the massive corruption scandal gripping Korea has begun.
Prosecutors are set to notify former President Park Geun-hye and her legal team this morning of the date she will be summoned to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office as a suspect.
She will be questioned on 13 charges,... including bribery charges made against her during the initial investigation by the prosecution and that of the independent counsel's probe.
With her impeachment last Friday, Park was stripped of her immunity from criminal prosecution, which will force her to undergo interrogation by prosecutors over her alleged crimes.
That means, if she's uncooperative with the investigation, such as refusing to show up for questioning, prosecutors can ― and will likely ― request a warrant for her arrest.
