Back pain is one of the most common physical complaints and can often be helped with regular stretching and core work for improving your posture. If you are spending a lot of time sitting or have postural imbalances, you may experience back discomfort.
Join Sara Raymond for this gentle practice focusing on stretches that will help your lower back feel better. Because there are a lot of things that could be contributing to lower back discomfort, we will address the common tight areas around the lower back and pelvis.
Please be sure to modify to your own ability and comfort level. Exercise focused on proper alignment and supporting healthy posture can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care.
