Full-automatic Plastic Cup Production Line : includes: thermoforming + stacking + counting + packing + crushing in line.

1. Thermoforming Machine (thermoforming station): different types (round, rectangular, oval, square shape) (sizes) of plastic cups (drinking cups, yoghurt cups, jelly cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, hot cups), bowls, dishes, lids, trays, plates, containers, boxes, covers.

2. Crusher in line:
* Make special rewinder for crusher in line.
* Match for thermoforming machine in line.
* Can adjust the speed depend on thermoforming machine's speed.
* Crusher in line includes: Crusher, control panel, big steel tank.
* Control crushing speed: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* Control feeding speed: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* Big steel tank can sore crushed material.

3. Cup Stacker:
* PLC: Siemens, Germany.
* Touch Screen: HITECH, Taiwan.
* Pushing control: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* Stacking control: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* Overturning control: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* whole stacking speed: about 500-1000pcs/min.
* Different Cup sizes (upper inner diameter different) should change the parts of whole stackers.
* Same upper inner diameter cups with different height can adjust, no need to change.

4. Counting system:
* PLC: Siemens, Germany.
* Touch Screen: HITECH, Taiwan.
* Counting belt: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* Conveying belt: Inverter (Delta, Taiwan)
* It uses photoelectricity principle to count cups.
* It can count any size of cups, no need to change.
* It can count any quantity for cups, no need to change.
* The max. counting speed: 1000pcs/min

5. Cup Sealing & Packing System:
* PLC: Siemens, Germany.
* Touch Screen: HITECH, Taiwan.
* Control film length: Servo motor + servo driver (YASKAWA brand, Japan).
* It uses photoelectricity tracking to packing cups into printing film with correct position.
* Material for film: PE
* Max. Output: 12bags/min
* Max. Packing Length: 650mm
