Each Saturday I jump on my scales to see how I'm doing in my (latest) attempt to lose weight. Before covid locked us all down, I had lost a good 30lbs in 6mos...then it allllll came back and then some from emotional eating, comfort foods, blowing my bad knee back out dancing like an idiot on TikTok which meant my exercise went right back downhill as well.
