Manchurian balls:
2 Cup grated cabbage
1/2 Cup grated carrot
1 Tsp salt
3 Tbsp corn flour
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 Tsp finely cut green chilli
1/2 Tsp garam masala
1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 Tsp salt

Manchurian Gravy:
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 Tsp grated ginger
3 Pieces sliced green chilli
1 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup capsicum
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp red chilli sauce
1 Tbsp dark soya sauce
1 Tsp vinegar
1/4 Cup red spring onion
3 Tbsp corn flour water
add water
