I have hooded eyes and oily skin so normally mascara tends to just melt on my eye lids in about half an hour or so after the application 🙈

I’m always on a lookout for a non water proof mascara that would add length and volume to my lashes as well as staying on all day without melting into my skin, flaking or making me look like a panda 🐼
