Fresh Meat wins the 2013 NME Award for best TV show.

Zawe Ashton who plays Vod in the show accepted the award on behalf of her apparent missing cast members. Jack Whitehall and Greg McHugh just managed to get a last second thank you in after missing Zawe's speech as they were in the toilet. Jack proclaimed he didn't even wash his hands before stumbling to the backstage.

Nathan Stewart-Jarrett and Alexandra Roach from the new Channel 4 sci-fi show Utopia presented the award to a bemused Zawe Ashton. Fresh Meat is the latest efforts from Peep Show creators Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong.
