In #Afghanistan, the #Taliban said fighting with opposition forces is almost over in the northern province of #Panjshir. A spokesperson for the group told CMG that only a small pocket of resistance remains, and it will be handled either through talks or military means. It's been reported that the resistance fighters can only communicate with the outside through satellite phones.
