Ingredients
700-800 grams fish slices or small whole fish (kingfish, mackerel, pomfret)
2 tablespoon coconut oil
Curry leaves for Tawa masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies for garnish
For red chili paste
10-15 dry red chilies (as per taste)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon salt
