In this video I wanted to post something nice and quick. We've had this issue happen with multiple flashes where the hotshoe connection becomes a little loose. I only have experience with the Godox TT600 and Godox TT685 but I'd imagine most flashes are built fairly similarly. The fix is actually quite simple as you can see in this video.
