Here's how I do my "Tune To" sign for my holiday lighting show. This is the "Gilbert Engineering North Pole sign with Matrix" and it's huge! Stands almost 8 feet tall. 162 pixels for the pole itself, and another 140 for the matrix (7x20).
Ships split in half and the arrow matrix separate. So I first unfolded the pole and hot-glued the seam for strength. Then I hot-glued and zip-tied the arrow in place (facing right for my yard layout). I also use power injection between the pole and arrow matrix because it's so many pixels total. In XLights, I recommend using sub-models for the pole, outline of the arrow, and the round "topper" at the top of the pole.
Mounts with two 1/2" EMT conduit (zip-tied to the coroplast) sitting on 3/8" rebar pounded into the ground. Since it's also so tall and heavy (and the arrow catches wind), I use guy wire strings to prevent it falling over during wind and snow.

They apparently have a new "Impression" version that looks nice even during the day: [ Ссылка ]
