📕Ingredients: (makes 28-30 pork wonton)
1 packet of fresh wonton wrappers*
300g minced pork
3 shiitake mushrooms, finely minced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp shaoshing cooking wine or japanese cooking wines(sake)
1 tsp sugar
veg oil for deep fry
Ingredients for a dipping sauce:
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2.5 tbsp rice vinegar
2.5 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp water
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp potato flour
