In this video, I will describe the benefits of wheat seeds sowing by drill method.
Broadcasting is an old seed sowing method which is not efficient. Seed is not uniformly distributed and depth of seed is also uneven which results in poor seed germination.
Whereas in drill sowing method, seed is uniformly and evenly distributed. All the plants attain equal space, water, nutrients and sunlight which results in high tillering and more number of spikes in the field. High grains yield is expected by drill sowing method.
