The video was captured on a WYZE security camera on the night of the 1st presidential debate; I turned the live cam on as a joke that it was more entertaining. Turns out, it DEFINITELY was! We watched it in awe! I decided to share it with a local TV journalist, Eric Hanson KCCI, as I know he finds these sorts of videos fascinating. I never thought it’d become so popular! This particular kind of spider builds a web only to feed every 3-4 days; it feeds until it’s full and then moves on with its life!
