This project will need to dry overnight before applying paint and the final touches.
Step 1: Use cardstock to make a cone and cylinder
Step 2: Prepare paper mache and rip paper
Step 3: Let the paper mache dry overnight
Step 4: Mix your colors and paint the pencil

Card stock to make the pencil point - cut into a cone shape (or use a birthday party hat)
Card stock to make the pencil - rolled into a cylinder shape

Paper mache paste (mix 1 cup of Elmer's Glue with 3/4 cup of water in a disposable container)
