Season 2, Episode 13.

When Sara and Jefferson entered Rip's mind to communicate with him, they came into the evil Sara duplicate who was dressed as the White Canary. Later, the villain and hero squared up against one another, and in the end, Jefferson used a laser gun to take out the villain. Evil Sara and Evil Jax (as Firestorm) reappeared, leading to another conflict between the two Saras. This time, Sara snapped the neck of her wicked twin to end her life.
