Mughlai Paratha is a unique version of stuffed paratha which makes foodies go crazy. This popular Bengali dish has spiced minced chicken as stuffing.

Ingredients:
2 cup maida
3 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
¾ cup water
2 tbsp oil
½ inch ginger
5-6 garlic petals
½ tsp red chilli powder
4 green chilies
250 gm minced chicken
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
Oil for frying
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 Onion
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Method:
In a pan, fry ½ inch ginger and 5-6 garlic petals in 2 tbsp oil. Also add ½ tsp Red Chili Powder and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala for taste.

Put 250 gm minced chicken and ½ tsp Salt. Saute the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.

Take the chicken mix in a bowl. Add 4 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, ½ tsp salt, 3 eggs, ¼ tsp turmeric, and mix the ingredients.

The stuffing is ready.

Knead a dough from 2 cup all purpose flour (maida) with ½ tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil and ¾ cup water. Rest in airtight container for 30 minutes.

Roll small pieces of dough to form flat circular shape.

Stuff the chicken mix and fold as shown. Deep fry in oil.

Serve Mughlai Paratha with Chutney or sauce.
