Cardigans are always a great choice for transitional seasons as they are easy to take on and off and have buttons! In this episode Meg takes an oversized sweater and cuts it up the middle to add a button band to create an instant cardi. She also shows off another thrift flip (with how-to handout) (link available below) where she reworks a vintage floral robe into a stunning wrap top.
Materials used in this video:
- Oversized knit sweater
- ¼ yard medium-weight woven fabric
- Small piece of interfacing
- 6-7 buttons
- Sewing machine
- Scissors
- Pins
