If we want to be taken seriously at the top table of our organizations, we have to see Project Management as a strategic business activity. This means we need to:

📌 Understand how our projects contribute to organizational strategy
📌 Ensure they all deliver planned benefits and business value
📌 Develop business knowledge and commercial acumen
