Cerebro got a big change in today's Over-The-Air update, and now that he only costs 2 Energy, there are a few new card combinations possible in a Cerebro 3 deck.

Power Estimate: I don't have data because the game is bugged to hell and I won and lost a bunch of games to disconnects, but the handful of games I did play felt pretty good! Cerebro being cheaper made a few impactful differences rather consistently too.
