Strawberry ganache is sweet and fruity! It is made with white chocolate and strawberry puree and that’s why it makes a beautiful pink ganache. This fruit ganache is made by using exactly the same technique as a regular ganache, the only difference is that Strawberry puree is used instead of the cream. So it is super easy and quick to make! You can use it in tarts, as a cake filling, or even in cake pops! Try it and use it in every dessert you want! Enjoy :D

Ingredients
- 125g Frozen Strawberries
- 100g White Chocolate
1️⃣Step 1 - Puree the strawberries
1. Put the frozen strawberries in the microwave for a minute until they unfreeze
2. Use an immersion mixer to reduce them to a puree
3. Pass through a sieve to gather the tiny seeds if there are some still left
2️⃣Step 2 - Make the ganache
1. Place the white chocolate in a bowl
2. In a saucepan, bring the strawberry puree to a boil
3. When it boils, pour on the chocolate
4. let it sit for 1 minute
5. Start mixing from the center
6. Use immediately if you need to pour it
7. Or put in the fridge to let it harden
8. Use in a cake, in cake pops or any other dessert you like!
9. Enjoy!
