A blood clot in the urine at 6 weeks of gestation can be from the urinary tract or the vaginal tract. If it is from the urinary tract, it can indicate urinary infection but there can be an increased frequency of micturition or burning micturition and fever etc. If it is from the vaginal tract can indicate a threatened abortion or a miscarriage or it can be normal. Whatever it is it has to be evaluated and treated.
