Mohamed Djeha is a notorious figure in Marseille's criminal underworld. Born in Algeria, Djeha grew up in the district of La Castellane in Marseille, where he became a key player in the lucrative coke trade. His criminal organization operated out of the K-Tower, a high-rise housing complex, contributing significantly to Marseille's related violence. Convicted in 2019 but fleeing before sentencing, Djeha managed to evade authorities for several years until his arrest in Algeria in June 2023. Facing extradition to France, he is poised to spend the rest of his life behind bars for his extensive criminal activities.
