🍰 Ingredients:

Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Plain flour 150g (1 cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Desiccated Coconut 35g (⅓ cup)
Coconut milk 30ml (2 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Almond essence ½ tsp (optional)

[I use a 240ml size measuring cup]

Baking pan 21x11x6 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
