Normally opening weekend is crazy busy at Dollywood!! Despite the damp drizzly rain, this year was no exception - for a rainy day it was certainly packed! But still, rainy days are some of our favorites because it does reduce the crowds significantly, and if it's not too stormy most of the rides still stay open. We got to ride everything we wanted, plus go on a fun tour, try some tasty food, and catch a couple of the new shows!
