This is the easiest method I have found to 1 pull Scarlet Monastery: Cathedral and Scarlet Monastery: Armory as a mage. The great part is that because you do not use Ice Block in Cathedral you can save it as a way to get out of slows. Combined with your Insignia of the Horde this provides 3 ways to break slows per run making the run much more consistent. Once you have this pull down I suggest moving onto the strategy that includes pulling Scarlet Commander Mograine which gives slightly better xp/hr.

You can sell the resulting XP for 10g per reset x 4 customers x 5 lockouts an hour = 200 gold per hour.
