✅Ingredients
APPLE FILLING:
• 3 pounds granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thin
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
COBBLER CRUST:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cup cold butter, diced
• 1 cup half and half

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2️⃣ 00:00:22 - In a medium-size mixing bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice and vanilla. Add in cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar and stir to combine.
3️⃣ 00:01:25 - Pour the apple filling into a 12 inch cast iron skillet (or a 9x13 pan) and spread out into an even layer.
4️⃣ 00:01:35 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt. Use a pastry cutter to cut in butter until it resembles a course meal, or pulse the whole thing together in a food processor.
5️⃣ 00:02:45 - Pour in half and half and stir to form a thick batter.
6️⃣ 00:02:58 - Scoop the batter in large clumps on top of the apples to form a nice cobbler crust.
