Belgium has charged one of two brothers with attempting to commit 'terrorist murder'.
It follows a series of house searches in the region of Mons and in Liege on Friday evening.
No weapons or explosives were found.
But a man identified only as Nourredine H., detained with his brother Hamza on suspicion of planning an attack in Belgium, now also stands accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation.
Hamza was released without charge.
