Lets look at the AMD Athlon X4 760K running The Division 2 benchmark tool. The processor has been overclocked to 4.5GHz.

We'll look at both AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards and the graphic settings are set to the High preset w/ V-Sync disabled. Resolution of 1920 x 1080 at full screen. We're using the latest drivers from both AMD and NVIDIA as of the time of making this video.
