BS-N130 copper recycling machine has the newest and most advanced technology in the market, this wire granulator is equipped with a pre-shredder, main crusher, vibrator, air separation device, etc., and can process almost all kinds of scrap wires (diameter below30mm better), have a capacity of 400~700kg/h.
For different kinds of wire, the capacity is as follows:
1. For 4~6 square wire, capacity can reach 600~800kg/h
2.1.5~2.5 square wire, capacity is about 500~700kg/h
3. Car wire, plug wire, copper content45~50%, capacity can reach 400~600kg/h
4. Mixed wire, copper content 20~30%, capacity can reach 300~500kg/h
How is the cable recycled step by step?
Following are the working steps:
First, the pre-shredder cut the cables into 3~20cm wire lines.
Secondly, the main crusher crushes these cables into copper-plastic mixture granules.
Thirdly, the vibration table and air separation device work together to separate mixture granules, and finally you can get pure copper and plastic granules.
