Although it wasn’t quite as big of a dumpster fire as 2020, 2021 was still a hot mess of a year. The virus-that-shall-remain-unnamed was still looming over everyone like a potentially deadly raincloud, no one was sure if they were supposed to be indoors, outdoors, or shaking it all about-doors, and the headlines were dominated by lots of doom and gloom.
