The AKAI MPC4000 released in 2002 when AKAI was still a japanese company. It's big, heavy and it works like a champ. They changed the software in the mpc4000 but it's still a MPC. I went to Tokyo ti get it from AKAI when it was still a Japanese company before it became an American company. There are plenty of effect and all the filtering you need for some cool Lo-Fi sounds.
