This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 800 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Cozy 2-bedroom high-floor condo, with great city views, in the very center of Sosua
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Wi-Fi internet
- Air conditioning, Fans
- Cable TV
- Backup generator
- If you don't like to cook, breakfast and meals can be arranged upon request (and delivered to your condo)
- Check-in with English-speaking staff
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
The daily rental rate includes all charges except electricity (which is charged by the Residence based on consumption). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
